Flying Jacob / Flygande Jacob
Chicken course served best with ris.
Ingredients / Ingredienser
- chilisauce / chilisås
- cream / grädde
- banana / banan
- *italian lettucespice / italiensk salladskrydda
- grilled chicken / Grillad kyckling
- bacon
- peanuts / jordnötter
- rice / ris
Instructions / Instruktioner
Turn the oven to 225 degrees C. Convert to Fahrenheit here.
Bone out out the chicken and put the pieces in to a greased ovenproof form.
Spice with some salt and peper and add the italian spice.
Peal the bananas and slice them. Put the bananas on top of the chicken.
Whip the cream and mix whith the chilisauce.
Spread the cream and chilimix on top of the chickenbits and bananas.
Put in oven for 20 min or to the bed is colored.
Fry the bacon and cut it into pieces.
Spread the bacon and penuts over the finished course.
Serve with rice.
Writing this made me hungry…Back when plate is empty.

We can try this if you like. It seems like an odd mix of ingredients. Bananas with chicken? Bacon with peanuts? Hmm…. well it’s all stuff we like.
